Choo Choo Moo terms and conditions
Welcome to Choo Choo Moo, it is our aim to make your stay with us a beautiful experience that you will treasure forever. We ask that you read and accept the terms and conditions which must be complied with by all persons visiting ChooChooMoo. These enable us to maintain our standards, to assist in proper management and ensure your safety and wellbeing at all times.
Both carriages are available from 4pm to 8pm for checking in (please let me know your estimated arrival time so i can meet you with the key) and must be left in a clean and tidy condition no later than 10am on the day of departure.
On departure the carriages are to be left clean and tidy, please take the sheets off the bed and put in the linen bag provided along with your towels and do up the top of the bag. Rubbish is to be disposed of in the bins provided. Any damage or breakages must be reported to Holly.
Well Behaved dogs are very welcome, they must be confirmed on the booking. We ask that you always clean up after your dog and make sure the poo bags get put in a bin. Dogs must not be left in cars on hot days. Please don't leave your dog unaccompanied in the carriage. Please keep your dog off the bed and sofa.
Respect for the Site
Please respect the beautiful setting you are in and the area around you, no loud music is permitted and anyone being a nuisance or disturbing the peace will be asked to leave immediately and with no refund.
We do not allow smoking inside our carriages.
Breakages and damage must be reported straight away and may be charged for.
We do not accept any liability for any damage , loss or injury to you your vehicles or possessions during your stay.
When you book with us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
When payment is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email from us confirming the dates of your stay.
Should you need to cancel or alter your booking please inform us as soon as possible. Cancelations are only refunded (minus £10 admin fee) up to 14 days before your arrival date, after this time there will be no refund.
We are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event we are prevented from fulfilling your Booking as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, pandemics, health risks or such similar events ("Force Majeure"). We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this.
Checkin in is between 4pm and 8pm and check out is at 10am (late checkouts might be possible upon request)
Due to Covid we do NOT allow you to have guests come and visit you at your carriage during your stay.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel a stay with us in the very unlikely circumstance that the carriage is damaged or unsafe for you so stay in, in this instance you will be given a full refund.
